This Billing Terms & Conditions page is issued by Vhailo LLC ("Vhail", "we", "us"). By placing an order on vhail.co, you agree to the following billing terms.

Accepted Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Payment Processing Payment is collected in full at the time your order is placed. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is successfully confirmed.

Pricing All prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for customs duties or import taxes for international orders.

Secure Payment Processing All transactions are processed using SSL encryption. We do not store your card details on our servers. Your payment information is handled securely by our payment processors.

Order Confirmation Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Refunds & Chargebacks Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. For full details, see our Refund Policy. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we are happy to resolve any issue directly.

Fraud Prevention We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders that appear fraudulent or suspicious. Affected customers will be contacted via email.
