How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 7–10 business days for the United States and 10–14 business days for international orders.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat rate of $7.00 for US orders and $9.00 for international orders.

Where is Vhail located?

We are based in Boulder, Colorado, United States. Our legal entity is Vhailo LLC.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase on the same day. After that, the order may already be in processing. Contact us as soon as possible at lindasupport@vhail.co.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our full Refund Policy for details.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval and issued to your original payment method.

Do you charge a restocking fee? No. We do not charge any restocking fee on approved returns.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also visit our Order Tracking page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide at a flat rate of $9.00.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we are an online-only store.

Can I exchange a product?

We offer limited size exchange support within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in original condition. Contact us at lindasupport@vhail.co to request an exchange.
