Carved from a monumental block of K9 crystal, this pendant is an exploration of scale and materiality that turns raw glass into a still-life object. Each shade is cast in a custom mold, cooled slowly over as many as 25 days to prevent hairline fractures, then lathe-turned and hand polished over several more days.
